Follow Nick’s progress as he travels from Brighton to the Taj Mahal through Europe and Asia, all overland.
His 2-month, 12,880km journey will take him across 13 borders from Western to Eastern Europe, passing through the likes of Austria, Hungary and Bulgaria, then crossing the Bosporus and into Asia Minor, through Türkiye, Iran and Pakistan, before snaking his way down through India.
Due to recent developments in geopolitical tensions, the route is subject to alterations as Nick adapts to the changing situation as it unfolds.
Nick is choosing to take on this challenge in the name of responsible travel and to connect more deeply with the world and people around us.
